Across these roles, he built high-performance teams and grew businesses in demanding, competitive markets.

Even at the peak of his corporate career, one fact stayed with him: in India, professional medical help often arrives too late. In many emergencies, life-saving intervention starts only after the patient reaches the hospital — when critical minutes, and sometimes lives, are already lost. Globally, paramedics stabilise patients at the scene. In India, that coordinated response layer is still missing.
